We at Fundpeak care about the privacy and security of our customers and their factsheets. That is why we have recently added another layer of security to make sure that only you and authorized users can connect to your fund factsheets.

In the past, user authentication consisted of a simple ID and password combination. Currently multiple authentication factors are being used to improve the security of TopSheets.

Device authentication happens when your sign-in activity looks different, because you’re signing in from a new device or location. In this case, the security mechanism will send you a confirmation email.

Of course there is an option to disable this security feature. If you would like to stop receiving these emails, follow the steps described in this article.
