For monthly compound ROR add one to each of the monthly returns and take the product of those numbers. Then take the product to the power of 1/number of monthly returns. Finally subtract 1 from the result.
For annual compound ROR add one to the monthly ROR, take that to the power of 12, then subtract 1.
